Introduction (Hello!)

Welcome to my blog! I’m AgreedFraudulence, though Agreed is fine.

As you can tell from the name of this place, I’m going to be collection Nintendo’s amiibo figures and cards. Of which there are plenty to collect. From scan-able cards of Animal Crossing and Mario, to a figure of the loot goblin from Diablo.

My goal here is to document my journey to collecting all the amiibos currently and to be available. There are a lot to collect and a few are quite rare and expensive. Every time I get a new card or figure, I will post an image and state any neat facts about the figure and some of their uses.

Beyond that though, there isn’t likely to be often updates. I’ll update the blog as I get them.

P.S.: I’m not used to WordPress or managing it so there are gonna be a few issues here and there that I may try to iron out as we go along.

I’m back

The story continues, my good friend.

So, isolation is still going on somewhat, I’m not in school anymore (for now) and I may be getting money from the government.

I know, I know, hold back the tears and clapping.

ANYWAY, with money coming in soon (hopefully) and me not doing much, what better time to return to collecting figures and cards with microchips in them? See, none, I knew it.

Okay, jokes aside, I’ll be returning to collecting amiibo. Maybe still not as hard as I used to but still. In the time away they’ve released more haven’t they? I know more Smash amiibo have come out and there’s more monster hunter amiibo coming out. So… yay?

As to what I’ve collected in the meantime, nothing. Nothing at all, I literally stopped. But I’ve bought some new ones today, with my birthday money (yesterday, I’m 19 now). Which ones did I buy? These ones:

Nothing too spectacular. Still 2 amiibo figures to cross off the list.

The Simon Belmont one is probably my favorite so far. Big, bulky, manly man. It’s the Smash amiibo so it’s only use as far as I’m aware is, well, Smash.

Now the Tiki amiibo, I forgot these existed tbh. This was for Fire Emblem Warriors which I haven’t played. I’ve only played games from Fates and before. Tiki’s cool though, I know her story and her adult form is hot cool in that game.

They’re not the most useful amiibo, and there was some others there that I could’ve gotten but there will be chances in the future, I’m sure.

I’m gonna be taking it a bit more lax now but I am back in the game somewhat, until next time. Good luck

Not stopping or dead

Well, that was a nice month away wasn’t it?

Jokes aside with this isolation going on and school pretty much ending things have been slow and will probably continue to be a bit slow in the future.

My hype to start collecting has died down (not because of anything bad but it’s more the excitement to get into it has dissipated) so I won’t be constantly browsing the sites to look for amiibo deals and such as I was. I’m still going to be collecting them but not as religiously. I’ll still be posting updates with further additions to my collection. Just expect them to be more of a ‘once in a blue moon’ thing and perhaps not as big as some of the earlier posts.

Also, Animal Crossing came out. I’m enjoying it. Bit of a panic as the cards on the Nintendo store went out of stock but series 1-3 are back.

Unfortunately and weirdly, series 4 and Welcome Amiibo aren’t back in stock as well as the albums barring the first. Sucks, I really want a series 2 album for the pile I’ve got.

Sanrio, from what I heard, won’t be compatible with ACNH. I hate that but I imagine licensing issues are the main cause. I’ll be collecting them if I get a chance but that makes it much harder.

Well, that’s pretty much it. I think we’re gonna be stuck indoors for a while longer and I doubt the stores are gonna be opening up much anytime soon.

I’ll update ya guys when I get something new (whenever THAT is going to be). Have a good time everyone, wherever you are.

8th February update

Updates are likely to be spaced out. Saving money in case of a restock of a Series 2 album or the rarer card packs for Animal Crossing.

As for Animal Crossing itself, I ordered Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival from Cex. Came to £11.50 with delivery. It came today and was surprisingly more worth it than I thought it would be.

The copy I ordered came with 2 amiibo figures: Digby and Isabelle (Winter outfit). I’m not sure how often but this occurs but mine came with a sealed copy of the game, in a fairly well kept box with a sealed pack of those promo cards. So it was worth it imo.

Though I now have 2 more repeats and technically own a Stitches’ promo card now, I’ll keep the packet sealed and look for another Stitches card in my own time.

That’s my morning, as I’m writing this it’s 11:05am. Though we are going out shopping to a place with a few shops so I’ll update this post if I buy anything. Also, I have a Twitter now: https://twitter.com/Agreed_Fraud

Starting off and where I’m at.

So before I start writing about any new additions, let’s talk about my current collection (as of 22/01/2020):

In the past I had a toad and shovel knight amiibo but I sold them off.
